(Pymar) informs users that it complies fully with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guaranteeing digital rights, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and eCommerce (LSSICE) and commitments to confidentiality in-keeping with their activity.

For the purposes implementing the provisions of the aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation, personal data which are sent through the forms on the Website will be processes as web users’ data.

Purpose of the processing of Personal Data
