(Pymar) informs users that it complies fully with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guaranteeing digital rights, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and eCommerce (LSSICE) and commitments to confidentiality in-keeping with their activity.
Details of the Data Controller
For the purposes implementing the provisions of the aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation, personal data which are sent through the forms on the Website will be processes as web users’ data.
For the processing of web users’ data, we implement al technical and organisational measures established in the current legislation.

For the processing of personal data, we apply the following principles which adhere to the requirements of the new European Data Protection Regulation:
Collection and gathering of data by Pymar
Pymar may gather the following personal information: name and surnames, postal address, email addresses and name of the company. At the time of collection of the data, the user must be duly informed of the rights they hold.
To ensure that the information contained on our processing system is always up to date and does not contain errors, Pymar requests that users communicate any amendments and rectifications of their personal data.
In light of the above, Pymar has adopted the measures necessary to guarantee the security of information, as per the nature of the personal data processes and the processing circumstances, with the aim of preventing, insofar as possible, and always according to the state of the art, their alteration, loss or unauthorised processing or accessing.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Pymar is processing their personal data or not.

Data subjects will also have the right to effective legal protection and to present a complaint before the control authority, in his case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if they consider processing of personal data concerned to infringe the European Data Protection Regulation.
Purpose of the processing of Personal Data
When a user connects to this Website, for example, to send a mail to the owner, they are providing personal information of which Pymar is the data controller. This information may include personal data such as IP address, name, email address, telephone number or other information. By providing this information, the user gives their consent to their information being compiled, used, managed and stored by Pymar, as described in the Legal Notice and in this Privacy Policy.
In accordance with the legal regulation in force, Pymar is responsible for the processing of the data.

Google Analytics: a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” to analyse the use users make of the Website. The information the cookie generates regarding the use of the Website (including the IP address of the user) shall be directly transmitted and archived by Google on their servers in the United States.
By browsing the Website, non-identifiable data can be collected including IP addresses, geographic location (approximately), a register of how services and sites are uses, and other data that cannot be used to identify the user. Non-identifying data include those relating the user’s browsing habits. This website uses Google Analytics services analyse trends, administer the website, track the movements of users around the site and to compile demographic information on the basis of the users as a whole.

Pymar commits to respect the confidentiality of the data of the users and to use them in accordance with the purpose of same, and to comply with the obligation to retain them and adapt all the measures to prevent their alteration, loss or unauthorised processing or accessing, in accordance with the established data protection provisions.
With regard to the confidentiality of processing, Pymar ensures that ant person authorised by Pymar to process the data of the client (including personnel, collaborators and suppliers) shall be bound by the appropriate confidentiality obligation (whether a contractual or legal duty).
Without prejudice to the above, Pymar cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability internet network and, therefore, the violation of data through fraudulent access to them on the part of third parties.
Accuracy and veracity of data
The user is the only party responsible for the veracity and veracity of the data issued to the Website, exempting Pymar from any responsibility in this respect.

In accordance with the LSSICE, this Website does not conduct SPAM practices and does not send commercial emails that have not been requested or authorised by the user.
In accordance with the provisions of the LSSICE, Pymar commits not to send communications of a commercial nature without duly identifying them.
