The purpose of the processing is to carry out personnel selection processes to fill the positions required by the controller.

In compliance with the accuracy principle of the data, we ask you to notify us promptly of any changes to the data.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for the processing is the necessity of the processing for the preparation or execution of an employment contract (Article 6.1.b) GDPR).

Recipients of Transfers

The Data Controller will not communicate this personal data to third parties except legal obligation.

Rights

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, data portability, opposition, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions, you can send your request to our postal address or send an email, indicating as Subject: “Rights Data Protection Law,” and attaching a photocopy of your ID, as indicated by the law.
