We offer an initial assessment service for new construction projects which is complemented via monitoring of progress. This way we can verify both the development of the construction project and the correct allocation of the economic resources of the contracts.
The provision of these services encompasses the completion, from a technical and financial perspective, of the following activities:

Economic-financial and technical assessment before the start of construction of the ship.

Adequacy of the contract and specification of the capacity and experience of the shipyard in the type of vessel to be built.
Construction study: costs, supply of equipment and materials, availability of human and technical resources…
Planning analysis: of works, ratios and parameters assigned
Economic-financial and technical assessment and execution of the treasury plan until completion of the project.

Economic-financial and technical monitoring during construction of the ship.

Authorisation of payments for construction and verification of suitability for the project.
Monitoring of the evolution of the budget, the financial situation and project treasury.
Monitoring of works carried out and verification of incorporation of materials and equipment supplied.
Analysis of progress, scheduling of milestones and times dedicated.
Drafting of periodic reports reflecting the progress of the project and assessment of forecasts if necessary.
